About Us
Welcome to the official White Glove Society web page! We are an orginization that began with the goal of women’s empowerment in mind. Everything we do is centered around the development of our members, whether its through events that showcase talents and promote business, charity involvement to build character amongst ourselves or exploration expeditions that familiarize our members with rich cultural and historic knowledge. We take pride in providing resources for support and growth!
Sisterhood
We pride ourselves on maintaining the principles we established in 2023. Amongst those origional principles was the importance of sisterhood in the midst of adversity. Our main goal is to provide a safe haven for women to be unapologetically themselves, while also learning and passing on the key knowledge we have along the way. We believe that everyone is entitled to a sense of community and wish to provide one amongst likeminded individuals such as oursleves
Exploration
One of our biggest founding principles is service of self through personal growth. We believe that the best way to engage in personal growth is through stimulating experience. Our goal is to constantly learn about different cultures, life and the way of the world through travel and sharing experiences. We challenge ourselves to try new things often as a unit that most would otherwise shy away from. Our sisterhood is fueled by a thirst for adventure and knowledge.
Community
While in WGS, we don’t just focus on the development of our members. We also strive to make sure that as we grow as an organization, our communities prosper as well. With the help of our sponsors, we participate in many charity events for various local groups across the country.
Mentorship
We offer several forms of mentorship and mentee opportunities for men, women, boys and girls. Our affiliate groups are as followed
“The Hive” for men ages 18 and up and their mentee group “The Yellowjackets”, for boys 17 and under. as well as the white glove society youth group “The Honey bees” for girls 17 and under. We offer aspirations towards excellence. We offer several services for development in STEM, leadership, etiquette and academics. Each year, our mentors and mentees are formally recognized at our WGS anniversary gala, that doubles as a debutante ball and cotillion for perspective members of age.
Our Symbols & Regalia
The Bee- The bee in general is said to symbolize community, friendship and selflessness. They represent the embodiment of joy, beauty, celebration and overall brightness. Through the everyday life of the bee, we see constant reminders of the importance of teamwork, dedication, community and generosity.
Pink Dahlias- A symbol of grace, kindness and beauty, this flower is tied to sisterhood, commitment and service amongst communities.
Pink Peonies- Symbolizing good luck and prosperity, they are tied to friendship and overall positivity amongst men. We identify them with acts of charity and service and goodwill to mankind.
White- A symbol of new beginnings and solidarity. It reflects the progress we make as we develop as women.
Gold- a representation of luxury, achievement and success. Yet another symbol of compassion amongst one another
